This project involved building a new 62,000 sq. ft. Porsche dealership from the ground up on a greenfield site. The work began with full site preparation, including clearing, excavation, grading, and installing underground utilities.

The dealership’s structure combines cast-in-place concrete foundations with a steel frame, wrapped in energy-efficient glazing and architectural metal panels that mirror Porsche’s clean, modern aesthetic. Inside, the showroom, customer lounge, offices, and vehicle delivery area feature high-end finishes, custom millwork, detailed tile work, and specialty lighting that give the space a polished, premium feel.

The service area includes durable epoxy floors, high-speed overhead doors, and vehicle lifts and diagnostic equipment installed to meet dealership specifications. The building also includes advanced mechanical and electrical systems, smart automation, EV charging stations, and a full suite of dealership technology to support operations.
