This project transformed the park into a vibrant and inclusive community hub through the construction of a new multi-use facility, upgraded park infrastructure, and a range of inviting recreational spaces. As part of the revitalization, outdated structures and surfaces were carefully removed to make way for modern amenities that reflect the needs and spirit of the surrounding neighbourhood.

The redeveloped park now features an accessible playground, splash pad, basketball courts, a seasonal skating rink, and open green spaces, designed to support everything from casual play to organized community events. New pathways and gathering areas have made the park more walkable, welcoming, and enjoyable for visitors of all ages and abilities.

Landscaping improvements included regrading, fresh planting, and the addition of shaded seating areas and natural features that enhance both beauty and comfort. Beneath the surface, new underground systems, water, sewer, and electrical, were installed to support the long-term function of the park’s facilities and ensure the space remains safe, efficient, and resilient for years to come. Together, these upgrades have created a revitalized public space where residents can connect, be active, and take pride in a park built with the community in mind
