The building envelope features a refined combination of glass curtain wall, decorative cement board, and extensive glazing that contributes to both aesthetics and energy performance.

Inside, the facility integrates complex electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems alongside high-quality finishes and state-of-the-art audio-visual infrastructure.
The design includes a phenolic panel system that facilitates organized and efficient electrical distribution. An advanced battery storage system was incorporated to support energy resiliency and reduce peak demand.
