Here’s how a Jr. Field Engineer for our Calgary office Contributes to our team:

• Coordinates with superintendent on workforce planning
• Documents field records for quality, production, labor, and materials.
• Maintains project document control and procedures. Supports project team to lead trade contractors, including requests for information (RFIs), shop drawings, changes, and billings.
• Participates in the supervision of self-perform scopes, including labor and quantity tracking
• Prepares quantity takeoffs.
• Assists with updating drawings and specifications.
• Identifies issues on-site or in defined work scopes.
• Coordinates third-party inspections and site reviews.
• Conducts basic safety inspections and training, identifies and corrects safety hazards, and leads by example in safety practices and procedures.
• Assists with schedules and monitoring performance
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders
